Soft System Methodology is one of the easy and viable methodologies which helps to resolve or sort out the structure, problems and general issues for any group of people or companies. Not only for one company but also for the group of companies. In ten-year research action, it was developed by Lancaster University Systems Department in England.
The main agenda to find an appropriate solution for the business models, this Soft System methodology is useful. In addition to it helps to figure out the problem and then implementing the required actions to solve it.
There is an example of Soft System Methodology which happened in the private hospital in Turkey.
Documents are really not organised properly and which led to insignificant treatment to the patients, which clearly shows the problem and how serious it is.
Soft System Methodologies has helped to make all the changes as per their advice to the hospital.
There were some issues in the beginning while implementing the recommendations.
Later, they have achieved it with the help of Soft System Methodology. Soft System Methodlogyhas disclosed the problem between the client and the practitioner. They have arranged all the necessary steps to resolve it by implementing these steps like group discussions, rich pictures, listing, designating human activities and comparing all the models with the problem and adopted all the changes, finally resolved all the problems.
