Week 4

Scrum methodology :
Scrum is a framework which helps the team to do work together. Scrum is one of the best methodologies for a big project because scrum can be given encouragement to acquire through real-time experiences and scrum is well organized as well. While working and trying to figure out the problem it is completely reflecting on both wins and losses to get carried to make improvement in the future as well.

Scrum is one of the best methodologies among other methodologies, which helps to executed in other methodologies like AGILE. In order to manage the complicated software and update or create a new output(product), this scrum methodology will be useful to achieve. Scrum has unique ideas, responsibilities which can never be changed.

For, any bigger software project Scrum methodology will be useful to be developed at any stages. Scrum methodology is really helpful to create any development project because all the applications are created with basic features and published. Later, as per the requirements of the clients or users to enhance or develop new features and make all the essential changes are possible with the help of Scrum methodology.

Presentation and discussion
My team and I had discussed different methodologies in the class and presentation has been done with them.
Especially, I was researching and sharing points about scrum methodology.
scrum is one of the good frameworks for project management and it helps to have a well-defined goal and easy to track and make any changes.
